Recruit training begins today. Registration Forms (Adobe Acrobat required) and non-refundable fee of $100 are due at the start of drill.

Recruits are to wear PT gear (running shoes, t-shirt and plain black mesh, knee-length shorts (no stripes)) when they come to drill. They will received a red unit t-shirt that they are to wear at every drill. Depending on the weather, they will need sweatshirt/sweatpants. They need to bring an ink stick/notebook, water bottle, and a HEALTHY lunch (no junk food).

Drill is mandatory but we understand circumstances arise when a Young Marine/recruit is not able to attend a meeting. In order to receive an excused absence, all Young Marines/recruits are required to send an email to attendance@glcyoungmarines.org prior to the start of drill.
