The Annual Young Marines ball will be held on Saturday, October 19 from 5:30-10:00 p.m. at Quail Hollow. Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. This event is open to all Young Marines who registered for the 2013/2014 fiscal year, their families and friends. Recruits are not eligible to participate.

The purpose of the ball is to recognize the accomplishments of the Young Marines through the past year by giving them a night of fun. We announce the Young Marine of the Year and also give out other awards. We also have a guest speaker and a DJ.

 Attire ranges from business casual all the way to fancy dresses/suits. No jeans and tshirts, no tuxes and Young Marines do not wear their uniforms. Parents, you do not need to worry about going out and buying a suit for your male Young Marine(s) or a “homecoming type” dress for your female Young Marine unless you care to do so. A nice shirt, a shirt and tie, or sweater, dress pants, is fine.
