In the past, we have participated in the 4th of July parade in Mentor Headlands. The parade takes place on the 4th which is a Monday this year. Drop off is at 11:00 a.m. and pick up is usually between 12:30 and 1:00 p.m. It’s a heavily attended parade and our unit has won trophies for best marching unit several times. We would like to know if there is enough interest to participate this year. Therefore, we are asking everyone to email Mrs. Dubin at xo@glcyoungmarines.org by Wednesday, June 29 and let her know if you can or cannot attend.

As a reminder, parades are considered community service and therefore Young Marines earn community service hours for participating.
